When refilling medications and food, you can pick up medications at our office or you can get free home delivery through our online store, VetSource.

Pick up medications: Request refills by phone, email, the Patient Portal, or use the "Chat with Ava" button on the bottom right of the screen.

** Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescriptions to be filled **

Keep in mind that it may take longer if we need to order your item. Specialty orders may take up to a week to come in.
